Nobody has ever done that he fixed my sons glasses, and he explained all of the insurance policy to me, and even stopped to take the time to read it, and get every discount that he could for us . Had a good exam and ordered glasses. Got convinced to have extra services done to deeply examine one troubled eye. Expressed that I didn't have insurance and didn't want expensive extra services. Was told it's covered under medical care and so my insurance would cover it. They sent me to collections after I told them to rebill my insurance and they never did.
