You rarely find so much friendliness and professionalism under one roof. From the front desk, to the opticians, to the awsome Dr. O'brien and her assistants, there's nothing but excellence in this office.

Don't buy glasses here! They are so over priced it's rediculouse! Even with insurance you'll pay more out of pocket then if you just take your prescription online and order the exact same lenses without insurance! Custom service isn't on par either, I was treated like an inconvenience to replace lenses in frames I bought here 2 years ago. Had to sign waiver Incase they break my frames replacing the lenses. Also I bought a pair here 2 months ago and paid over 400 out of pocket! And now for just lenses because they're original lenses scratched up real bad they wanted 600+ for replacements! This is just bloated pricing.

We've had such a wonderful experience at Sidney Eye Care. Dr. O'brien has been so kind with all of my children and so reasonable and calm with their treatment. They don't take my VSP anymore but they've provided the necessary documentation for me to submit.

I was denied services with sidney eye care center, because I have medicaid. I have no where else in sidney to go. I can't get to Williston due to transportation issue. Ridiculous, cant say you "care" when I'm denied service. It's medicaid. You had a problem with them not paying your outrageous prices, so I have to suffer!?! Very sad day for me.

I train bird dogs for a living. One of the dogs crashed into my face breaking my prescription eye glasses. They wouldn't see me for 4.5 months. Been a customer for 5 years. Good bye Sidney eye center.

Refused my appt due to not telling me ahead of time i am required to wear a mask. I have asthma and cant wear one due to breathing issues. So they refused service.

Recently expanded, remodeled and updated. Friendly expert opticians willing to listen to my concerns and make recommendations. Outfitted whole family.

Great place. I walked in asked if I could get a screw for my glasses being that I lost a screw for the nose piece so they put 2 new nose pieces and 2 new screws on my glasses and I asked how much and they said for free.
