New patient with need for medical visit. Appointment was scheduled within 2 days. Arrived 10 minutes early and waited approximately 5 minutes when a very kind technician called my name. My exam with Dr. Preston was very thorough and professional. Staff is extremely kind. Ramone frequently checked on me to make sure I was being taken care of. Definitely would recommend this eye clinic. Can't thank them enough.

Everyone here is very friendly and helpful! I got to my appointment early, and they did what they could to get me seen, even though I arrive well before my appointment time! However, Ramone's friendly and bubbly personality kept a smile on my face while I waited!

Mr Ramone was super professional and knowledgeable answered all of my questions, (I had quite a few)took the time to explain everything to me. He was patient and professional. I was going to go else where to purchase my contacts however after he took the time to explain the cost difference ect. I decided to get my contacts from My eye Dr. He did not come off pushy or eager to get me to purchase from them he came off as knowledgeable caring and it was greatly appreciated. There was another young lady at the front desk who was also knowledgeable and professional. Dr Presson is always great as well. I said all this to say always a great experience but today the staff went above and beyond.
