Great doctor. Unfriendly staff and definitely not patient centered. Their scheduling is ineffective and they are hard to get on the phone. Often the staff is rude and unwilling to listen to the customer. They are more focused on up selling you past your insurance coverage. Which is very unfortunate because, again, great Optometrist who is very thorough. 5 star doctor. Disappointing.
