State of the art, professional yet friendly, knowledgeable, compassionate, thorough and personable!
We come all the way from Salt Lake City to see Dr. Wright. Everything about Lifetime Vision Center is cutting edge and current.
All of the employees are also very friendly and knowledgeable.
Very easy to make an appointment, easy parking, beautiful facility.
I highly recommend eye care at Lifetime Vision Center and would rate them 10 stars if possible!
My wife and I have been going to america's best for a long time, after moving to auburn nebraska 3 years ago, we were skeptical in finding a good optometrist in the area, we decided to try lifetime vision, my wife and I were blown away by how professional everyone was, friendly and courteous to help, this pair of glasses I have on now is the best pair I have ever worn, and I see so clearly!! After multiple failed vision appointment's at america's best, and being told that my eyes are just bad and eventually I will need to see a specialist...Lifetime vision told me otherwise. I HIGHLY recommend this place!! Thank you folks!!!
Everyone is friendly. I've seen both Dr. Crotty and Dr. Wright and they both are very knowledgeable and take time to answer all your eye concerns. The ladies in the optical department are amazing! They helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses.
I took my son to Lifetime Vision Center in Auburn for his first eye appointment & we had the best experience! The staff was wonderful. They were quick to answer all of my questions & made my son (who is pretty shy normally) feel very comfortable! He enjoyed getting to pick out his glasses & I was just happy that they were affordable & came in quickly! We will definitely be going back to Lifetime Vision Center for all of our eye care needs.
I needed to get safety glasses for work and this was the location they work with. I was told on multiple occasions that if I had a prescription for glasses, I would be able to bring it in and pick out frames. I was told I wouldn't need an appointment because I didn't actually need to see the doctor but to call and let them know I would be coming and might have to wait a few minutes, which is fine.
Well my script was expired so I needed an appointment, it was made for 2 weeks later, that's fine, I understand it's busy.
The night before my appointment I get a voicemail that all the appointments were cancelled because of unforeseen circumstances. That's fine, I understand that things come up.
When I receive the phone call to reschedule, they didn't have anything until the end of the month (so another 2 weeks) that's when I got frustrated. It would take 3 weeks for the glasses to come in after I get my script. (7 weeks after my initial phone call)
I decide to drive up to Omaha and get a new prescription so I can cut down on the time it would take so I would have my safety glasses for work. When I was leaving Omaha, I called lifetime vision center to let them know I would be stopping in to pick out frames (like I was told I could do multiple times) I was told "no" and told to come in Monday. I told her I worked all week and Fridays were the only day that could work. She put someone else on the line who was rude straight off the bat. I tried to explain all the issues I've had already and I just wanted to pick out frames so they would be ordered. While I was trying to explain my frustration, she kept interrupting me to tell me I wouldn't be helped.
Finally, I told her I was done and I would go elsewhere and figure it out. I was willing to pay out of pocket at this point because I was so frustrated with trying to work with them.
I ended up driving out of my way to a place in Falls City who got me in same day and got my glasses ordered.
I think some empathy would go a long way. If you cancel someone's appointment (even if it's out of your control) you should make every effort to fit them in sooner. If you have someone who is trying to voice their frustration, listen to them and try to compromise with a solution. Basic customer service.
Called to make an appointment to order contacts. Was told I needed a new eye exam before I could order contacts. Fine, no big deal. Go in for my eye exam and order new glasses, but was told by staff I can't purchase contacts. They say I HAVE to do trial contacts even though I've worn contacts for years. They don't carry my prescription in trials so they had to be ordered. Finally get my glasses and trial contacts in and I get home and realize that I need my glasses adjusted. No big deal. Make an appointment to go in for an adjustment. Show up 10 minutes early and the front desk has no clue what my appointment is even for. I'm told to have a seat. I wait over an hour while numerous other people who arrived after me are helped while I still sit waiting. When I approached the front desk again, they said they thought I was just waiting for someone and that the radio wasn't on when they called back that I was here. If you knew that, wouldn't you try to fix it by calling back again when you turned your radio on? Or maybe check and ask why this random person is sitting in your waiting room for an hour?? I've worn glasses for 23 years and aside from the fact that this is the MOST expensive eye facility I've ever been to, they are also the most unorganized. There are so many choice words I'd love to use. Needless to say, I will be making the commute to literally anywhere else from here on out.
Very friendly, Dr Crotty and staff explained things very well and simply for me to understand. They take their time with you. Very thorough exam. Fortunate to have them in our small town!
Dr. Wright and all of his staff that I encountered are extremely friendly and professional! They explained my vision plan and the costs to me so that it was clear exactly what I was getting and paying for. The facility is beautiful, clean, and welcoming. I will definitely be back!
