I've been going here for years and won't go anywhere else! Clean with the latest technology. Very friendly & helpful staff. I recently had some problems with my right eye. They made time on a very busy evening to get me in right away. They listened, helped determine the cause of the problem, and to help get the treatment that was needed. Sooo grateful! They truly are wonderful, caring, professional people that want what is best for their patients. Would definitely recommend Syracuse Family Eyecare to family, friends, and anyone that is looking for a truly great eyecare clinic.

I'm sure some of the other employees are alright, but there is a woman who works here with no customer service hospitality. She not only bit the patient's-my mother's- head off about being early and willing to wait until her scheduled appointment time and fill out her paperwork during that period, but also snapped at my grandmother for going back to assist my mother with a mishap on her phone after the patient's eyes had already been dilated. The rest of the staff were cordial and even cooperative. With such a *lovely* attitude dominating the clinic, I wouldn't send even the most patient person I know here.

Horrible experiences here for myself and my son, we will not be going back. I have been trying to get my glasses now for a few months. I had been told for at least 3 weeks they were on back order and found out yesterday that I've been lied to the whole time, they were never actually ordered at all. My son's glasses broke last November and we took them back to get fixed, he finally got his glasses in March but they were not his repaired pair. They had to order new ones because they didn't know what happened to his. I was told maybe they didn't get them back, maybe they weren't labeled and put back on the shelf and sold to someone else, they really couldn't say. I tried working with them and being patient but every time I've had an issue they are unapologetic and cop an attitude. That is not how you treat customers. Blatantly lying and not taking responsibility for your mistakes is uncalled for. Be an adult and own your mistake, learn and grow from it. We won't be going back or referring anyone their way.

Dr. Walters and staff helped me before and after my LASIK procedure. They were very helpful, informative, and friendly! Great with my daughter as well when she needed glasses.
