It's really doesn't matter if you're friendly or not! Operating in the gray areas with insurances, and disregarding what a patient says on their pre eye condition isn't professional. I should've known better with my medical background , if any medical office doesn't ask for your medical history.... it's a red flag.

I want to start off by saying the receptionist was super sweet. Very easy to talk to and set a great atmosphere. Yet I felt like I was more of a bother to others. I got a tone of condescension on more than one occasion and felt very unwelcome after passing the front desk. I'm assuming it's because my insurance was not top notch and I don't really look like quintessential yeringtonite but I don't think I did anything that warranted that type of treatment. I kept being pushed toward the fully covered frame section and wasn't interested. I had set aside a healthy budget for the frame style I liked. After avoiding that section I realized I wasn't interested in any frames they had on display and asked if they had a catalog to look through and was told that the fully covered glasses were my only option unless I wanted to pay out of pocket for the other frames (which I 100% intended on doing). When stating I already looked through them and didn't find any that went well with my face I asked if I could just get my prescription information then and got some attitude for that. I mean I got what I came in for but left feeling ashamed and heavily judged.

They have always been helpful and understanding. We are Medicaid but they don't treat us like we are. They always explain things to us so we understand what is going on or what they are doing. I think they are great. Plus you can reach the pokestop/gym that is next door.

They seemed nice when I first went in, but 6 months later they still haven't billed my insurance. I also asked to see if I would be a candidate for LASIK a month and a half ago, they promised to call back the following week and I still haven't heard anything. Nice people, but I definitely won't be returning here for future eye care.

Their schedule is extremely inconvenient for someone who works. When I stated I would call around... didn't finish my sentence she yelled with I assume a smile on her face (she sounds cheery) "okay byyye" and hung up on me.

Everyone there was extremely nice and helpful. Would give it 5 stars, but they couldn't except either of my insurances. However, the two ladies in front tried to figure out a way, just weren't able to. Thanks for everything!

I would rate them lower but I can't. Poor service. I walked in the reseptionist said maybe two words to me. The next lady during the eye exam was cold and unfriendly. The Doc was the only one who treated me like a person. When I went to buy new lenses the lady there said I had to sign a waiver.... I asked why? She said that if I didn't and they broke my current frames while being transported to the lab, they we're not responsible... The 10 dollar waiver only covers their cheapest frames.... I have spent thousands of dollars on glasses in my life because I have had them all my life. Never have I been treated like this. I will not settle for cheap frames when the are going to be apart of me. They lost my business. Hope others have a better experience.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they do a thorough exam. I was very happy with my mom's visit.
