I recently went to Lancaster eye care to get new glasses. The lady at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. She helped me select a beautiful frame, explained the ordering process, and I look forward to my new beautiful glasses in a few weeks. Highly recommend this office for exceptional customer service.

Dr Drum is the best most thorough eye doctor my husband and I have ever been to. His assistants are top notch too. If his office closed in Colebrook, we would drive over an hour from home to get to his other office in Lancaster before we would switch doctors.

I especially appreciate the extra attention given to details with my eye issues. I have a lot of confidence in Dr Drum and Christie, his assistant. The community is fortunate to have them providing exceptional eye care in our community in northern New Hampshire.

Best stylist around. Best colorist around. She has styled me, my children and now my grandchildren. You can't go wrong here.

I've always had wonderful experiences with Dr. Drum and staff. He is incredibly thorough and takes extra time to make sure you understand everything he is explaining. I'm looking forward to getting a new pair of glasses and know I'll have nothing to worry about! Thank you for all you do.

Dr. Drum was a very congenial Health Care Provider. He differed from many providers today, who sometimes seem more interested in inputing data into a laptop, than in examining the human being in front of them (or just as probably behind their back, as they peer into their laptop screens.) It was refreshing for me to have an educated man engaging me in conversation about the subject at hand- my eyesight. Dr. Drum is a very experienced Optometrist, and he shared some of his knowledge freely with me, especially advice to have my blood pressure checked. All, in all, it was a good eye exam, and I felt no pressure to purchase frames from their wide selection. Christy, the receptionist/technician, also was very professional and helpful, while keeping the atmosphere relaxed, consistent with the overall laid-back vibe of Colebrook. Hats off to Lancaster Eye Care's Colebrook Office!

Dr. Drum gives a very thorough exam. He is friendly and makes the exam painless. I thoroughly trust his expertise, advise and recommendations. Christie is professional and friendly too. I highly recommend Lancaster Eye Care in Colebrook.

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND LANCASTER EYE CARE.. DR. DRUM WAS AMAZING AND THOROUGH...I AM NOW 73 YEARS OLD AND HAVE WORN GLASSES FOR DISTANCE SINCE I WAS 30 YEARS OLD.... EVEN THOUGH I HAD A LAPSE SINCE MY LAST EXAM, I STILL REMEMBER ALL OF THEM...AND I NEVER GOT SUCH AN EXTENSIVE EXAM PRIOR TO THIS ONE....HE LISTENED TO ALL OF MY CONCERNS AND CHECKED EVERY ONE OFF .MY LIST.....CHRISTI WAS ALSO VERY HELPFUL, ATTENTIVE, AND DID NOT MAKE ME FEEL RUSHED AT ALL..I WILL GO BACK IN A YEAR AND THIS WILL NOW BE MY PERMANENT EYE CARE PLACE.....I GIVE THEM AN OVER ALL A+
