Dr. Audette Is great. The tech that I saw during my appointment is also wonderful. The front of the store is another story. Ordered 2 pairs of glasses. Both glasses were quoted to arrive on January 19th. First pair arrived on January 23rd. Picked up first pair (tried them on at home, the bifocal is totally wrong (to high I have to tilt my head down to see out the top)), asked for new eta for second pair. I was quoted January 29th. On February 3rd called to find out what the issue was. They told me the glasses were still being made, but due to them being busy, they asked if they could call me when the tech was done with the customer they were currently with. That was at 3pm. Got no call. I won't be ordering glasses from My eye doctor again. You have to communicate with your customers if glasses are going to be late. It's customer service 101. You have to under promise and over deliver in customer service.

I have been to many eye doctors over the past 15 years, and even other MyEyeDr. locations and the Epping location by far has the best staff and overall experience. Every time I go I am always greeted with a friendly smile from Karen and they actually take the time to get to you know, and even remember you visit after visit. It is so personable and does not just feel like you are another patient. Everything is explained so well by Shannon and Dr. Audette and they don't pressure you to buy contacts/glasses at their store. Karen went above and beyond to help me understand what my insurance did and did not cover and helped me choose the best option for my personal coverage, and even told me about a rebate to save more money! It honestly makes me sad I only get to go in once a year for my annual exam, I wish those type of people were everywhere I went!!!

Dr Audette was professional and thorough with my exam. I appreciated her taking the time to answer my questions as well. Karen helped me pick out my glasses and helped me with everything else related to my appointment, she was friendly, and attended to my needs with outstanding service. Thank you very much.

I just had my first appointment here to get my first pair of glasses and it was a wonderful and smooth experience! While I was picking out my glasses Bonnie was so helpful and a joy to work with. She even helped find several pairs that I adored knowing the style I was going for! Eventually we found the pair that worked the best! The glasses fitting with Christine was equally fantastic; she was friendly and incredibly helpful, ensuring I found the perfect pair (or two). Highly recommend!

Excellent experience with Dr Audette & Bonnie. Very thorough eye test with plenty of shared information as well as choosing frames and the right protection plan for the best value. Overall very pleased with this team.
