Walmart Vision & Glasses

Place is terrible. Would not help me get glasses. So I find a place on line. Need a measurement go back to Walmart. Nope can't do that i say I will pay nope. There tire center same way need a tire put on can't not the same tread. Same size tho. Walmart just don't like to take money

The manager is TOTALLY uneducated in this field!!! The worst customer service I've ever had!! I'll never shop at this whole Walmart ever again. Kasey should be fired!!! Hands down

went to the eyecare center a while back and dealt with heather ,,good luck with her and her lack of knowledge and interest in helping anyone ,,,i will give the manager credit for trying to make the situation right ,, however ,,today (4-4-18) my frames just broke in half while i was taking them off to go to bed ,,, well i called the eyecenter and heather answered,, another typical convo with her,,, rude ,, refuses to help ,, always says ill have the manager call you sometime ,, didnt bother to get my number or anything ,, so i called the store manager and asked for help if he can intervene and assist as i CANNOT see WITHOUT THE GLASSES ,,, so i'm waiting and ill update the review after i speak with management again but not looking good for a future return to the eyecare center ,,,don't feel i should have to pay to replace a pair of frames that failed when they comped me the frames as they broke mine in the process of "ADJUSTING" them,, i appreciated the help the manager gave me at first but considering that the offensive girl, who management claims to have addressed this issue with ,, is still at the store with the same attitude ,, so ill be looking for a new eyeglass center -TY === AS OF 7-9-18 THE MANAGER AMORO HAS MADE GOOD ON THE FRAMES AND ADDRESSED THE ISSUE ,, ALTHO THE OFFENDING EMPLOYEE STILL WORKS THERE ,, SHES MADE GREAT EFFORTSTO WORK WITH ME ,, WITH LITTLE TO NO CONTACT WITH SAID EMPLOYEE ==i consider this a closed issue and resolved

I can't say enough good things About Amora, Cassie and Heather. I was a very difficult case and they all went above and beyond what any person could ask for.

I needed new glasses and they lost my prescription. The soonest available eye exam I could find in my area is in September.

I called to check on coming in to get glasses and Heather the person I spoke was rude and couldn't even give me basic information.

Courteous and helpful service! Regularly purchase my glasses here.
