I have been going here for a few years and have always had a wonderful experience. Dr. Tina is nice and takes time to answer my questions thoroughly. When purchasing glasses, the two ladies working were very helpful and helped me find the style I was looking for and the right fit. There was no pressure in buying anything and they were not very knowledgeable with the products.

I booked an appointment here at the end of January, I was originally scheduled for the last week in February, however they offered earlier appointments to me when they had cancellations, and was actually seen within two weeks of booking the appointment. The exam was complete and quite thorough in a very relaxed atmosphere, complete with a therapy dog in the waiting room, there is a wide selection of frames to choose from and all your options for lenses are explained clearly. There was virtually no wait between check in and being taken for my exam either. If you need eye care, glasses or contacts, this is a great place to get them

Reed Optical is a very professionally run office from the staff to Dr Tina Smrkovski who was my optometrist. All the tests were explained sufficiently giving me a high level of comfort. I did schedule my next appointment next year and would recommend anyone looking to give Reed Optical an opportunity for an examination, contact lenses or glasses. I am glad I did. Had a recent appointment and Dr Tina as usual did an excellent job in explaining the process of getting cataract surgery. The office is very efficient and I am very confident every visit. Will continue getting future appointments and would recommend anyone needing one to give Reed Optical an opportunity.
