Upon arriving a little early I was asked to fill out and review my medical. Everything was in order. Then they took me in early. Everyone was patient and the atmosphere was upbeat. Accommodating and helpful. After examination I was led to the frames to pick out and then measures for the lenses. Very professional. Over all a great experience.
