Thank you to a wonderful staff who always greets me by name and makes sure to say good bye too! They are all so sweet! Rose, Dr.Siegel, and Dr.Otto are great at what they do. I've been coming here for years and we're onto a new stage with contacts for my son. They are all so amazing I highly recommend their top notch services, so stopping scrolling you found the perfect office for you and your family!!

All the staff, eyes doctors are fantastic. Office is very clean. Everyone is very friendly and professional. They run a very efficient ship. Laura, Hannah, Julia, Kristen, Dr Otto (I hope I spelt all names correctly), were all awesome to deal with. 10/10 would highly recommend for all your eyes care and vision needs!

I recently had an eye exam with Dr. Marc Otto. He was very kind, as was the rest of the staff. My only minor issue during the appointment was that the visit took a bit longer than expected--about an hour and a half total--mostly due to the time needed for my eyes to dilate. Unfortunately, I'm giving this practice two stars because of a disappointing experience after my visit. I ordered contact lenses through Vision Source, but less than 24 hours later I realized I'd made an error in comparing prices. I had thought the $390 price quoted (including my VSP allotment) was reasonable, but when I looked more closely, I realized that a comparable order from LensDirect would have cost about $257 after applying the same VSP benefit--a difference of $133. When I called to cancel the order less than a day later, I was told the lenses had already shipped and that returns were not allowed since contact lenses are considered a medical device. However, my research showed that many other retailers do allow returns or refunds as long as the packaging is unopened and undamaged. I found their refusal and dismissive explanation very disappointing, especially since I've been a loyal patient for several years and my family members also go here. It feels less about patient care and more about profit, which is unfortunate because my experiences with the doctors themselves have otherwise been positive.

Very grateful for Dr. Siegel and his staff. He took photos of the inside of my eye as part of my exam that my previous eye doctor didn't have the equipment for and uncovered a potentially serious condition and got me an immediate appointment to a great retina specialist. Without Dr. Siegel, I wouldn't have known about the condition until it was too late. The staff are friendly and helpful and the distance and reading glasses I got there are great.
