We had such a positive experience at Visionworks! My husband needed new glasses, but it is hard to find time with our schedules. We arrived close to closing time, but the staff greeted us warmly. The store was so clean and well organized. The technician, Ameerah was so very patient, helpful and kind! She explained everything thoroughly and did not rush us. Excellent customer service!! We will definitely use this business again and highly recommend this location!

I can not say enough about ARIANNA, ARIANNA, ARIANNA! She was patient, kind, knowledgeable and went the extra mile when I had an insurance issue and she fixed it without hesitation by going above and beyond to call them personally for me. She also made me aware of other benefits that my insurance offered that I shouldn't leave on the table, which I took advantage of. Again, I stress her patience as I came in with THREE TEENAGERS, all of which got glasses/contacts. I highly recommend that you ask for ARIANNA!

This location is a good location but i had an unpleasant and humiliating experience today with Ameerah! She was so nasty and rude to me and unwilling to go any extra mile to assist with the little insurance issue I had. She even threatened to cancel my appointment if I couldn't figure out my issue after 10mins of my appointment! Luckily she had to attend to someone else, then came the sweet and ever ready to help Arianna that went above and beyond to make my visit today meaningful together with the other staff that attended to me today. Don't ever let Ameerah attend to you if you don't want to feel frustrated and to feel less of yourself. Period!

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I went in for an eye exam, which went fine, but things quickly went downhill when it came to ordering glasses. I was informed that my insurance would not cover the cost of glasses, but the employees assured me there was a "Buy One, Get One Free" promotion. I paid $69.95 and picked out two pairs of glasses under the impression I was getting a second pair free as part of the deal.
However, when I returned to pick up my order, I was only given one pair. I asked about the second pair, and instead of being helped, I was met with an extremely rude and hostile attitude from the young lady at the front desk -- who I later found out was the manager. Her tone and behavior were completely unprofessional and made me feel disrespected and uncomfortable.
This experience left me feeling taken advantage of and very dissatisfied. Customer service and clear communication are important, and unfortunately, neither were present during my visit. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.

The senior optical specialist were extremely helpful with my appointment and the selection of my glasses. The location is extremely convenient. The only con is the sample refresh gel drops that the doctor gave me caused a reaction which led to me getting a stye (or however you spell it) ... Due to my severe dry eye, the gel drops were not a type of eye drop that could help with my dry eye symptoms. The optometrist should have informed me of a potential reaction. Again the young people in the retail portion and who administered my eye exam 6/27/2025 were and are top notch!
