Saw Dr Brottman at the Marlboro location for the first time for my eye which was experiencing issues due to Bells Palsy. His bedside manner was absolutely wonderful. He was calming and reassuring and very skilled. He put my mind at ease and i found my new fave Dr in the group. Also the front desk appeared to be short staffed and swamped that day but the receptionist was great and kind to everyone

They are in network with my insurance but good luck getting a hold of anyone. The phone rings and waited on hold for over 6 mins just to be sent to a voice mail which no one responds to. Poor service to say the least.

I was trying to make an appointment an ophtalmologist and the front desk was absolutely unhelpful insisting that I first need to see an optometrist (also very rude). As a result, I did not make any appointment and they lost a potential client.

The phone system does not work which leaves all patients without any way to contact the office. I tried calling each office during business hours over the span of two days, with every extension, and never got through despite dozens of attempts. I also left a voicemail a that was never returned.

Got a call for the 2nd time in a few weeks about canceling an appt. They said call back to reschedule. The phone just keeps ringing and when u leave a message no one calls u back. The phone service is terrible it's not the 1st time this has happened.

In September I went to a apt at this location the apt went well enough everyone was super nice. I found out I had a lower co pay then I initially payed and was going to be refunded the money the office now owed me. Great ! I returned to the office 2 weeks later to pick up something and still no refund. I re told the story to the front desk and was told I would receive a call back. Nothing ... so I wait because I did want to be one of those people. 2 months pass still nothing. I call the office no one's there . So I ended up calling another office and getting in touch with billing and resolved my own problem in one day . The point of this review is that even if reception doesn't deal with billing they made no attempt at all. No good customer service.
