Total Eyecare

UPDATE 2021: This is an update to my original review, which is below. I had my annual exam today. My husband had his first appointment at the same time as mine. He left there feeling as good as I do when I have my appointments. Such great people! Everyone is so nice! Dr. Patel is awesome! She is very knowledgeable, patient, and understanding. You can tell she cares. 2020: I was taken promptly. I had tests done on my eyes that I have never had done before. The Dr showed me pictures of inside my eyes. It was so cool & informative.

Dr Patel is great!!! She is very down to earth, takes the time to explain everything to you! I have been going to Big Box store for last how many years and my sight just never seemed crisp, first time with Dr Patel she diagnosed me with a slight astigmatism, corrected my glasses and it made a big difference for me!! The staff as a hole is awesome also, thank you for everything!!!

From the receptionist Jessica to the tech (sorry I didn't get his name) to the Dr to Christine everyone there was helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. I had a great experience checking up on a 15yr old prescription. No one was ever annoyed at my many questions because it had been so long since I followed up on my eyecare. Thank you!

Go to Dr Patel. I'm relatively new in the area and needed a new vision place. Dr Patel gave me probably the best and most thorough exam I've ever had. Very patient, explained things in detail and I now understand things I had no clue about before. I am so gratified to have found Total Eyecare and Dr Patel. I made her promise that she won't go anywhere and will remain at the office. ALSO, the pre-test I received was state of the art and better than any I ever had -- that's the truth.

There was no waiting and the staff was very nice. Dr. Patel was very professional and friendly. She put me at ease. She was very thorough in her exam and explained everything to me. I had a very good experience and highly recommend Dr. Patel and Total Eye Care.

Dr. Patel was FANTASTIC.. she took the time to explain everything. I am a complicated case and she took the time and put me at ease. I finally found a doctor who explained and got me!! The staff was very accommodating, helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Total Eyecare!

Hands down best eye doctor. I see Dr. Patel and she is amazing. They actually care. They do not take my insurance but I still go there. I wish she was a primary care doctor. I highly recommend them.

Dr Patel is awesome - down to earth, thorough, and pleasant. Nice quaint office - will definitely be using her for my yearly appts and such.
