Helen and their team do an excellent job and are very good at taking care of their customers. Place is nice, Doctors are amazing. Sometimes the older short hair staff in the front desk can be really rude, like the walking on eggshells to not make them more upset. Kind of like when you upset your girlfriend and she isn't telling you what wrong, same feeling.

This is the best place to go to if you ever think about getting glasses . Customer service is just amazing! They have a lot of choices for both glasses and prices. I recently got my glasses late 2019 and couldn't be more satisfied. I myself did pay a good amount for my glasses and unfortunately I lost them outside. Days laters I found them with one of my lens falling out and my glasses were also bent. I took it back to see if they could fix at least the lens. But they fixed them 100% they look brand new! It was a relief since I did pay a lot for them. So please don't hesitate to check this place out!

The only reason this place is getting 3 stars is because they decided to no longer accept Horizon NJ Health. I've been going here since I was a child, 10 years old, for 25 years. My children started to go here too! Went to make an appointment for one of my children, and they don't accept our insurance anymore. I hate how doctors and businesses can do this. We are going to Dr. Mellish in Williamstown now.

Horrible place!! I regret going back again. I made appointments and after the appointment they say they insurance is not accept. How do you make appointment and i tell you in advance what i have and now is we do not take it. Go to real ophthalmologist and save your self the headache. Of all the eye doctors i take my T1D child, these are the worst. Hopefully they will get it together one day.
