The doctors and optometric technicians take their time to explain everything clearly and genuinely care about your eye health. The office is clean and well organized, and scheduling appointments is easy and convenient. I also appreciate the great selection of frames and the helpful guidance in finding the perfect fit. The desk staff and doctors were very kind. I'm an extremely anxious eye patient and have a very hard time with the "which is better" questions and the opthalmologist was so patient with me and reassuring. Would recommend to anyone who is an anxious patient!

Arrived for my appointment for them to cancel on me, after confirming my arrival time just 20 minutes beforehand. Too many good eye doctors in the area to waste your time here.

My mother went here and was clear she had double vision and needed prisms in her lenses, as she has for years. They made the glasses without them, after a 2 week wait. She was not pleased with the four week wait for an appointment and additional weeks for additional testing, to which she didn't know why.

Workers are very nice. Dr. C Moore definitely made me see more. They also don't do the puff of air in your eyes. Instant 5 stars

I've had my glasses for 22 months and the transitions coating on my glasses is defective. I called Long Valley Eye Care and they said they only warranty their glasses for one year. They said there is nothing they can do and were not even willing to work with me. This coating should not be defective in less than 2 years, especially after how expensive they were. I've been wearing glasses for a long time and I take very good care of them because they are so expensive. Needless to say I will never go back to Long Valley Eye Care for glasses again.

Could not have asked for a better experience at this office. I went in this morning with a lot of anxieties about my eye health and Dr Moore could not have been more empathetic and understanding about where I was coming from. 10/10 bedside.manner. Such a compassionate staff as well, everyone is so kind and well-mannered. Won't go anywhere else.

Just moved into the area. I was using VisionWorks, previously, but wanted to try a local Dr. Dr. Moore is thorough, personable and knowledgeable. His staff is both helpful and friendly. This will continue to be where I get my vision care. Update 11/2021: Over the course of two years things happen. There were times when I needed special help from my optometrist's office at Long Valley. Boy, did they ever help me. They were right there to help me get into a new pair of contacts when my original contact lenses were discontinued. Very helpful! When the glasses I ordered didn't fit right they were right there helping me with a replacement pair. I walked right in and didn't even have an appointment. They were helpful and caring.
