Madison Eyes

Changed my doctor at last moment and I didn't had a option to go with assigned one. Getting appointment is very difficult. Receptionist told Saturdays appointment are not open also if patient is flexible with any doctor they still not assigning them because management has not opened them yet. There Optical Department provides nice service with selection of good glasses and frames and best advice to suite your needs.

Wonderful staff. The staff at the front desk is truly wonderful, always pleasant, helpful, efficient and courteous. It is such a pleasure to go here. The Doctors are equally as good. Recently, I had a medical eye issue and they were able to fit me in and help me with the problem. Highly recommend Madison Eye.

I'm almost speechless at how good my experience at the office was. Dr. Lee helped me with a vision problem my last optician didn't understand at all, and gave me great information I should've received a long time ago. She really cared about me and made me feel like she wanted me to understand my options in the future if I need to correct my eyes. The front desk was also very helpful. A problem with my insurance came up that I knew was a bit different, but I paid in full and decided I'd look into it myself. Without asking the front desk spent hours looking into the problem and solved it, called me and refunded me. Yusra was very considerate of my problem with insurance and took that time in spite of her workload. I can't remember the last time I had a front desk care enough about what I said and listen to me so well. They want to help you get what you need, be seen, and pay as little as possible. I felt like for the first time in a decade my doctor and her staff was on my side. It's easy to have a good appointment and feel satisfied, but knowing any problems will be fixed even after I've left makes me feel sure I picked the right place to go for now and the future.

Madison Eyes never disappoints. The exam is thorough, and the staff friendly and helpful. Dr. Lee does a thorough exam, communicates the results with you, and welcomes any questions you may have.

Although we had a miscommunication on our end regarding our appointment, the staff was able to accommodate us on short notice and do the exam that day. Staff was thorough, expedient, and courteous. I was pleased with the professionalism and flexibility of Madison Eyes.

I recommend Madison Eyes because they give competent exams and the doctors there have identified two problems with my eyes that should be rectified before they become a big deal. The office personnel are very organized and pleasant, and I am always seen on time.

If you like waiting in a room for 25 + minutes for a doctor to perform a 3 minute eye exam this is the best place for you !!! (But don't worry you will be able to hear the doctors conversation about their Christmas plans as she's catching up with her friends at work right outside of the room!) Also, if you like getting prescriptions given to you for the wrong person then this is also the best place for you !!!
