I loved my experience with Dr. Abreu and the entire staff. Everyone is friendly, professional, and patient. The exam was thorough and not rushed. Although I'm not wishing for worse vision, I can't wait to go back :) Thank you again for your awesome team and the courtesy.

The facility is spotless, the equipment is very modern. Dr. Miller provided thorough and professional eye exam, and the staff went above and beyond to help me choose the perfect eyeglasses. They were pleasant, knowledgable, compassionate, caring, patient, attentive, and never made me feel rushed. Dr. Miller and staff are truly amazing. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Great practice! Friendly, professional, and prompt...all the makings for a great experience when visiting any doctor's office. The doctor took the time to answer all of my questions and spoke TO me not AT me; Glad I switched to this practice - I am here to stay, for sure!

Osman, I recently visited your office and would like to commend the doctors and front desk personnel for their friendliness and professionalism. However, I was disappointed with the behavior of the individual responsible for handling the glasses. I ordered a pair of expensive prescription glasses that were not properly adjusted to my needs was sent out for adjustment. After a week, I was contacted to pick up the glasses. They were Ray-Ban glasses accompanied by a hard case. However, I was given a some other brand case without explanation, which was subsequently lost. The staff member seemed to be attempting to deceive me with various explanations. As I declined to accept the random case, she assured me it would be ordered for me. Two days later, I received a call informing me that the case was ready for pickup. This time, I was given a soft brown case that typically comes with sunglasses. I refused to accept this as well, as the original case had been lost. This experience has led me to decide that I will not return to this office and will seek services elsewhere in the future. Office staff and Dr. Ansell were very fast and courteous! I felt a little pressured, though, at the end of the appointment to pick frames from their store. I understand it's a business and they need to make money, but it seemed like it was more about upselling frames than having a customer be most comfortable with their choice and fining the most affordable choice, especially in this economy.

Love, love, love this office. They so incredibly care for their patients. When our daughter was hospitalized, they went completely out of their way to help her in a time of need. We will never go anywhere else.

I had a great experience at Metuchen Vision! Their staff is kind, welcoming, and goes out of their way to help you. I felt that I got a lot of value for a reasonable price and was happy with my eye exam. I highly recommend going here for your eye care needs and will happily come back!

This practice deserves five stars today because of Dr. Kahlon. She was excellent in her service provision. She addressed and apologized for the issues at my last visit and completed my exam throughly and timely. I will certainly come back to see her for all of my eye care.
