I just had another outstanding experience with Dr. Bernard Gutman at The Eye Place. He runs a wonderful boutique eye shop that offers an impressive selection of international eyewear brands--far beyond anything you'd find in typical chain stores. Dr. Gutman is incredibly patient and takes the time to explain every step of the exam and fitting process, which made me feel informed and comfortable the entire visit. The level of care, attention, and expertise he provides is truly unmatched. If you're looking for a more personal, high-quality eye care experience, The Eye Place is the place to go. After getting one pair of /year for the last 10 years is Time to leave a 5 review for Dr. Bernard "The Legend". Dr. B's eye examinations and measurements are set at the highest levels of standards. The frames used are mostly Europens, US and Japanese like OVVO, MOREL, LIGHT TECH, OGI, MASUNAGA, etc. The lenses used are Hoya, Seiko, Shamir, Kodak, Varilux, Zeiss meaning made in Japan, France, Germany and USA. Now is time for you to compare these brands against lenses from Lenscraft, PearlVision and Costco... big surprise. If someone prescription increases each year it is not only because they are aging but mostly because they use low quality lenses that are more opaque and puts a lot of strains on the eyes. The eyeware and lenses used by Dr. B. are a bit more expensive but worthy, your eyes are going to thank you and you'll look Awsome. Dr. B also offers specialized shooters eye examinations, eyeware and lenses. If you shoot you know the characteristics. I highly recommend using Dr. B. Blessings and much Respect.

Dr Gutman does a fantastic job from start to finish. He is very thorough. I can't say enough good things about the wonderful job he did. His frame selection is some of the best I've ever seen and he had a keen eye for recommendations based on how the frames look on you. Will definitely be keeping my business here and will tell friends about the wonderful work he is doing.

Dr. Gutman is a great doctor! The experience is so personal when you visit. He is so knowledgeable and takes time with you to ensure the exam is done thoroughly and explains everything he does through out the process. I would recommend him to everyone who is looking for an eye doctor!

Dr. Guttman is an excellent doctor who is willing to go above and beyond for his customers! He also has an wide assortment of glasses frames to choose from. He is also very knowledgable and will work with you to find the best solution for your glasses needs.
