Adrianna at the front desk was very pleasant, friendly and helpful as was the doctor Leanne (I believe her name was). What a breath of fresh air this appointment was! They both assisted in making it a pleasant experience. Can't forget to mention the gentleman who did the tests and made the puffer test quick & easy - iykyk, it's the worst lol

DO NOT GO TO VISIONWORKS IN POMPTON PLAINS. They are impossible to work with. Literally impossible. I took my daughter in for an eye exam. I paid extra for the contact exam. They ordered her a trial pair. Once they came in they let us know we could not get her contacts unless she took a class. I tried numerous times to get her an appointment. They only offered day appointments during the week, no weekends. I could not bring her during the time frame because I work. I finally have a day off and they said she needs another eye exam. Insurance won't pay for another eye exam because it's only been 6 months. The manager Angie will not help. I asked for my money back since I paid for an exam for contacts and a fitting for contacts I never received. They will not issue my refund. They steal your money here and don't give you what you paid for. Not once did they tell me any of these policies or that it would be virtually impossible to get an appointment. Never will I step foot in that place again!!

Wish I could give negatives stars. Started texting me to confirm my 12.19 appointment back on 12.5. Even though I confirmed yes every time I got 6 texts to confirm my appointment but no notification they stopped taking my insurance after years of going there. Instead they waited until I took time off of work and show up They def knew bc as soon as I walked in they asked if I was planning on using my insurance. Even tried to get me to keep my appointment saying I could pay $89 and submit a claim to get $40 back. Where do I submit a claim for my wasted time so you could try and profit off is someone who works hard to be covered by insurance.
