First visit here and walked away extremely glad this place was recommended to me. Staff is exceptional! Although I didn't get great news, Dr Digeso was thorough, professional and thoughtful as she explained my options. I am incredibly grateful to her and couldn't recommended more highly.

I am a new patient who came to this practice because of the positive Google reviews. I was so pleased with the entire experience. Dr. DiGeso is so kind and very thorough in her exam. She explains everything very clearly. Keisha at the front desk was a pleasure to work with as well. There is a great selection of glasses and the doctor helped me make sure I picked the perfect one! I felt very well cared for during my visits. I am so glad I found Somerville Family Eye Care. I highly recommend them!

The new office is clean and in a great location, and Dr. DiGeso is knowledgeable. However, making the optomap screening mandatory for all patients is disappointing. While they send multiple reminders about appointments and cancellations, they never mentioned that this test is a practice requirement. Patients are expected to pay over $60 out of pocket, even with insurance coverage. This can be inconvenient for families with multiple members who attend regular yearly visits. The lack of clear communication about this policy was frustrating, and we were required to pay after the appointment regardless. I would prefer a practice where patients have the choice to opt for tests as needed.

The office itself is very clean and welcoming and my new glasses are absolutely perfect. I've had issues with the prescription being too strong and hurting my eyes but this has been such an easy adjustment and I just got them. Dr. DiGeso was very thorough and Toni the optician helped me pick out a cute pair of frames that fit my face perfectly. I'm always nervous about new glasses but this has been an easy segue!

Have been here since I was a teen decades ago and still Dr. DiGeso is legend for great optical care.

I cannot express enough gratitude to Dr. Anna Digeso and her incredible team. After three years of visiting various doctors without much success, I had almost given up hope of ever seeing clearly again. That all changed when my son referred me to Dr. Digeso, after his eye exam. From my first visit, Dr. Digeso was thorough, patient and genuinely concerned about my situation. She took the time to understand my condition, carefully explained all the possible treatment options, and never rushed through any part of the process. It was clear that she and her team were deeply committed to finding a solution that would work for me. After so many years of struggling with my vision, I am beyond thrilled to say that I can finally see clearly again. The level of care and attention that Dr. Anna Digeso provided was unlike anything I had experienced before. She truly gave me my life back. Dr. DiGeso and the staff were very accommodating. They fit me in their full schedule when my regular doctor was away. I didn't feel rushed in the visit and my eye infection was diagnosed and medications were prescribed. A follow up visit was accommodated in their full schedule for the following week. Kecia was so helpful with the scheduling, paperwork and web site instructions. Everyone I encountered was was very professional and pleasant.

This was my first time at Somerville Family Eyecare and I highly recommend them. I was seen at my appointment time and I found the entire staff to be friendly and helpful. It had been several years since my last exam and I was way overdue. Dr. DiGeso took the time to explain everything that was going on with my eyes. I was able to sit down and pick out a really nice pair of glasses without feeling rushed or pressured. The office itself was nice and very clean. I will definitely be coming back!
