Don't waste your time and money, never go to them. When I went for my visit they made sure that I chose my frames after having done the visit so that I couldn't see well, not seeing well I asked for advice to help me choose a pair that suited my face shape but they took advantage of it and chose one of the most expensive ones, but that's not even the worst thing ,after waiting 2 weeks the glasses arrived and they were wrong so I brought them back to change them, I waited another 2 weeks and they arrived wrong AGAIN(worst), I couldn't go back for the third time for the fear that they wouldn't succeed even for the third time and also because I was very angry ( I was crying) I wasted time and I gave away my money which they never offered to return to me, I was without glasses for a long time because of them and I had a very bad experience, it would be better if you look for another place if you don't want to have bad experiences.

My prescription was incorrect. Was very, VERY insistent that I buy the new frames in office and after looking at the reviews I'm glad I didn't. The appointment process was very easy and the actual exam went smoothly, but I don't think I'll be coming back because I'm SOL on the insurance this year.

They finally called me on a monday to tell me that my glasses were ready, this is after waiting 3 weeks and initially it was promised in 10 days so at this point I was very excited to have received a call saying my glasses are here. However i was not able to pick them up because the secretary said "I'm alone in the office, you cant pick them up today" I said fine I'll pick them tomorrow, she replies "no, I'm alone in the office you have to come on a Saturday" So I had to wait 5 more days to pick them up!!! At this point I would waiting a month for my glasses! This place does not prioritize the customer and just wants your money. The optometrist overcharged me $80 for antiglare coating, my glasses should of been $40 max with insurance and discounts, instead I paid over $100. Never coming back here again.

had to get lenses cut twice, first time was clearer but gave migraine. then second time lenses were not not as clear to see through, and had a prism effect to edges of things if I didn't look straight ahead in the center of the lenses and was told nothing more can be done and lost the payment.

Dr. Milov is my ophthalmologist for several years. very attentive precise, punctual. Absolutely recommends her.

Been going for many years. Always a good time and very, helpful when I need to choose my frames!

No recomiendo este lugar , el personal te trata como basura . Lamentablemente tengo varias de mis hijas que va a este lugar y la experiencia es frustrante no buscan la manera de ayudar y tratan a las personas muy mal desde hoy voy a buscar otra locacion para llevar la vista de mis hijas.
