I cannot recommend this office enough! Dr. Napolitano is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to thoroughly explain every part of the exam. The staff is exceptionally friendly, helpful, and welcoming from the moment you walk in. They made the process of choosing new frames easy and pressure-free. The care here is truly excellent--I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I had an excellent appointment at Saddle River Eyecare. I was warmly greeted by a friendly receptionist, was brought into the room at my scheduled appointment time, and efficiently checked by a knowledgeable assistant. Dr. Napolitano treated me with professionalism, compassion, and respect. The optometrists were patient helping me find a perfect pair of glasses. Highly recommend this team!

Had my yearly eye exam with Dr. Napolitano and even though I arrived a little early I had practically no wait time. Everyone there is professional and efficient. Dr. Napolitano is knowledgeable , thorough and caring. She really listens to her patients and takes her time to explain everything. You never feel like you're being rushed through to the next appointment. I can't say enough positive things about my experience there

We had such an amazing experience at Saddle River Eye Associates with Dr. Lori Napolitano! I was able to get an appointment for all three of my children the very next day, which was incredible. The office staff could not have been more professional--they truly delivering exceptional client service. Dr. Napolitano, and her two assistants, were outstanding and made the entire experience for my children absolutely wonderful. It was fun and teachable for them! I highly recommend Dr. Napolitano and this office to anyone looking for excellent eye care, with exceptional customer service.

Excellent staff. Everyone was kind and professional and on time. Dr. Napolitano saw issues with my eyes that my previous optometrists had missed and made a great recommendation regarding what contact lenses I should be wearing. I'm very glad I found them
