I needed to find a place for a eye exam quick for medical reasons. I found the perfect place and it was super close to my home. They got me in the very next day. I was greeted by Robyn and made me feel comfortable immediately. Dr. Bassett came out and lead me back to the exam. I was impressed with his knowledge and was totally comfortable throughout the exam. He was very professional and nice. I would recommend Optik iCare I wear highly to anyone who needs to have a complete exam and a great experience. Thanks so much for taking such good care of me!

Dr. Bassett was great. He was friendly, informative, and knowledgable. He took the time to explain all aspects of his exam and offered a variety of options. Stopped in to see if I could make an appointment and the had an availability the next day so I returned for an exam decided to buy new glasses found a pair I liked and got them ordered. In and out in about 30 min. Everyone was very polite and welcoming. Overall a great experience.

This was the best eye E-Xam I've had in over 25 years. He thoroughly explained my eye situation as he did each step... made me so confident that he really knew exactly what I'm dealing with and how to help. Both of us had our eyes checked and we both felt this way . We're so grateful we came here and will highly recommend Dr Bassett to everyone. His office is tastefully decorated and not like the cold office feel. His staff are wonderful .. Professional yet friendly, helpful for us AND we observed how well they worked together ... made the whole place very pleasant . We are definitely loving this whole experience and love telling about it .

What a beautiful office and lovely group of people! Dr. Bassett was very friendly and made things easy to understand, both about my eyes and the types of glasses I need. They really went out of their way to accommodate me, and I was able to get an appointment quickly. His optician also went the extra mile helping me get the glasses I wanted. Thank you so much!

I think the exam was the most comprehensive I have ever had. This doctor is very well versed and has the latest equipment to check your eye health and vision. Highly recommend him.
