They did awesome with my 8 year old! My 4 year old was very curious. Tara was very kind and allowed her to watch every step of the way. Definitely grateful to have them in the East Mountains!

I've seen Dr. Quick for years and was told that I need to get cataract surgery but I just couldn't take the time off to do it. I finally am at a point that I can and scheduled an appointment to get a reference and instead of Dr. Quick I get some other guy that just wants to get me out of the door and pushes me to Juliet Eye Institute after telling me that my eyesight is too good. He disregards my history and what I tell him about how my eye has good and bad days. Apparently I'm supposed to magically be able to cough up $7000-$10000 per eye because this guy is in a hurry. Never even asked me if I wanted contacts, which have been helpful in the past to increase clarity. The fact that there is no mention of this man's name on the Rx is disturbing. Dr. Quick's name is being tarnished by this creepy man that has anonymity to harm his longtime patients.

Upon entering the office, I was greeted by the receptionist with a smile and welcoming attitude. My wait was about 5 minutes before Marisol invited me to accompany her to an exam room. Marisol was very professional, efficient, polite and personable. Marisol completed her assessment and exam. My wait for Dr. Vise was about 5 minutes. He was accompanied by a staff member who entered Dr. Vise's measurements and recommendations. He completed his exam and provided me with several options relative to contact lens. I meet with Rachel, who interviewed me for my preferences for glasses and contacts. After her measurements, she escorted me to the eye glass displays for me to browse the many selections. I did not feel hurried or rushed to complete my selection for eye wear. Rachel fitted the frames and took measurements for the bifocal lens. She reviewed the prom covered by my insurance and the asked my preference for paying the balance due. My new insurance provider provided a payment method included in my annual policy. My out of pocket expenses were all covered by my insurance provider. An excellent experience at Cedar Crest Vision, Dr. Vise and all of the staff.

When I walked in everyone was very nice and greeted me. The doctor is very good at his job. Rachel was very helpful and knows what she is doing! Very sweet and kind people all around!

Very disappointed with the customer service staff answers the phone (Judy). I called to make an appointment for my son and when I didn't have his insurance information I said can we just schedule it as self-pay she was not happy. She said I need to look up the insurance. I told her I'd be willing to pay out-of-pocket she then told me after I asked again to schedule an appointment with self-pay that she could not schedule the appointment after all because my son was over 18. She wasn't giving me any medical information about my son. I was simply asking to schedule an appointment which does NOT violate any HIPAA law whatsoever. She said this was a HIPAA violation and she could not schedule an appointment. * Judy take some customer services training and read up on your HIPPA laws! You lost an entire family we will NOT be back!

Fantastic all around. Appr dates were a bit of a wait but worth it. Everyone is friendly and helpful - twins got All the assistance they needed. Definitely a recommendation.

Very good. Dr. Vise was great and had us in and out super quick. He was good at explaining everything that was up with my vision. His staff were also nice - very efficient and kind. Overall, a high quality vision office.

I get a text saying that my appointment will be cancelled if I don't confirm it, so I call and no one picks up. So they cancel the appointment and blame me for not confirming... Despite the fact that I tried and got no answer.... Meanwhile my partner was supposed to have an appointment too, and they've gotten literally zero messages whatsoever, leading us to believe their appointment was never actually put on the books.
