Optical Center at the Exchange

Terrible customer service. Received damaged glasses 6 weeks after placing the order. He wanted another 4 weeks because he ordered replacements. I requested my money back and received a lot of disrespect rudeness as if my fault!!! 662$ refund is still pending a week later.

Do not go here! One of my children have been without glasses for over 3 months because the replacement frames have not come in and no matter how many times I have called, sent messages through their website, and went in with no resolve. They don't want to give me my money back either. I ask to speak to some else and they do nothing. Update: It's now going on 6 months and still no resolve. In fact the store manager basically called me a liar, refused to give me my money back, and refuses to let me talk to his boss, but with no hesitation went to the back office where I could still hear him and had a telephone conversation about me. I reached out to AAFES and the BBB. Update: 4/11/2025, I went through the BBB and they still refused to refund me my money. They didn't care how long this has been going on. They didn't care that the store manager wouldn't give me contact information to deal with this issue.

My family and I were on a tight timeline; Ismael squared us away quickly, professionally, and with a great attitude. Ismael went out of the way to help us get a great deal on two pairs of glasses and some free upgrades by maximizing our insurance. Store had a lot of nice brand name stuff too. Solid dude, and will be back (90 min drive for us!).
