All Veterans need to stay away. Had an appointment through community care, Filmore cancelled at the last minute because I didn't have a letter from VA. Funny thing, Filmore contacted me when VA sent them the authorization. Talked to three different people in the office and got three different answers. I had visited there a year ago and was satisfied with the exam, but they only had eyeglasses on certain days, and the person didn't show up half the time. Had to go somewhere else to get the glasses. I would not recommend them to anyone; their customer service is the worst, and they show no interest in helping to solve the problem. It is worth the time to go somewhere else.

The office visit was done in the manner it was needed. The checkout was shocking. Unless you pay an additional $50.00 you do not get a copy of your prescription. That is highway robbery. I will never go to this office again. Even Sam's, Costco, do not rob you like this.

Dr. Woodward and all of the staff are very nice. Dr. Woodward has a very kind and very bright personality and is very pleasant towards you. This town is very small, TorC New Mexico. Needing an eye exam to get a prescription for glasses went very smooth. I do believe they are all this small town has so was grateful for their having a traveling doctor to come through. Being all this area has, a lot of people go there so it can take some time to get through your stuff, but compare that to going clear down to Las Cruces. anyways, I was grateful for the long drive, not having to happen and being able to do it all right here. They are genuinely nice people that is for sure.
