I book in at Eyecare Plus Lambton for my and my children's care knowing we will be taken care of by everyone there right the way through from booking the appointment, having the testing, understanding the testing, choosing frames and sauntering out the door happily spectacled. I do not know how Kylie on front desk maintains enthusiasm for helping people choose their frames. All three times she has helped me she has been right there alongside me pointing out little attributes that move me closer to making a considered choice. Thankyou to the whole team. A well-oiled machine of olde world customer service nestled in a thriving little village (New Lambton).

Hello from Aimee , I want to thank all the staff including Greg , Wendy Corbette and Kylie , Mitchell for always being so nice and professional every time we come in to either get our eyes tested or have the cleaner bottles refilled , Today I had to take both my reading glasses and normal glasses in and Wendy did her very best to straighten them back to shape again and ThankYou to Kylie for fixing the reading glasses tomorrow hopefully it will work , The staff are always lovely and helpful and been this way for a lot of years that we have visited , Great job girls and guys , See you all again next week .
