Optometrist Mary Lynn Schettini was great in helping me with a corrected prescription. Patty went above and beyond to help me choose a pair of sunglasses that I would be comfortable with. She was awesome.

I absolutely love this place. I get glasses a few hours away at a specialist. I needed a local fit adjustment and popped in there , and they were able to do it with professionalism and kindness. A few weeks later I needed the lenses to be replaced with ones that were shipped to me, and I decided to drive over 20 min to have them insert the lenses instead of going to one of my more local places because they were so kind and I have a lot of confidence in their work. Once I'm able to purchase glasses locally I will definitely be going here and have been telling everyone how great they are. Clean office, kind and professional staff.

I received an email for my annual appointment to be scheduled. I called &luckily they had a cancelation the same day. Service was excellent as always . I was done in no time, eye exam and picked new frames in less than 30 minutes. It was perfect. Thank you & the staff at Raymonds optical .all the best

My husband and I visited the Baldwin Place location for the first time recently. The service here is absolutely pristine. The ladies at the front desk are incredibly organized, and so on top of customer service, they answered questions before I could even ask them. Aside from processing our glasses and contacts prescriptions in a jiffy, they cleaned my glasses and replaced the nose pads in them quickly and for free. We were visiting for a biannual check-up, and the optometrist worked quick and efficiently. Everyone was very kind and we got all of our questions answered. Wish I could give six stars!
