Vincent lk-Sung Kwon, M.D. was my Dr. I went seem him last Friday the 20 2026. it was very busy. but he took the time and told me what was going on and asked me questions. the young lady who did the testing was very nice also. wasnt rushed they took there time with me. I never seen it so busy before. but I would send my family and friends there. Thank you University Eye.

It was my first visit with University Eye Specialists and I was very impressed. The building, both inside and out, was very clean and well kept. The initial check in at the front desk went smoothly, no issues at all, and the receptionist was friendly and welcoming. I was then seen by Ashley, also friendly and professional, who gathered my medical history information, current medications, and a description of the issue I was experiencing. I was then seen by Dr. Gill, who was very nice and professional. She examined my eyes thoroughly and reassured me that there was no damage. She recommended, and wrote down for me, some over the counter medications that should correct my issue in a week or so.
I will definitely make my future eye care appointments with University Eye Specialists going forward. I definitely recommend them!

Everyone one at the office was pleasant. They were more than willing to help me out with an issue that I was having! I had been rescheduled because of doctors leaving the practice. My contact lens prescription was overdo. They were able to squeeze me in so that I could get my contacts!

My visit on 9/17/24 was excellent. I checked in with Robin at front desk, very pleasant and friendly. Hannah took me back and did the initial work up, very nice and pleasant also. Then Dr Watkins came in and did my exam, I usually see her for my exams. Dr Watkins is so nice and very professional, she was very thorough and I trust her. I feel I'm in good hands. Thank you.

The doctors I saw were all great, but last time I was seen was 2023, then my next annual kept being rescheduled due to physicians leaving the practice. Finally, after being rescheduled twice already, in September 2024 I was told the earliest I could possibly be rescheduled to was May 2025, my contact prescription had just expired days before that so I would also no longer be able to order contacts, unless through the practice which is much pricier. It is frustrating that after going to this practice my entire life that I was stuck in this position, reception's best advice was to go elsewhere - so I did.
