Luxe Optique Beacon

Oh my god, where to begin? The quality and luxury that Luxe is built upon is evident in every detail, from the atmosphere of the space to the people who provide the care. My mom and I traveled up from Philadelphia because we couldn't find anything in our area that even remotely compares to what we suspected Luxe could offer. What we didn't realize was just how personal and attentive the care would be. Ryon was exceptional in his ability to combine psychological insight, personable warmth, and attunement to pinpoint exactly what my mom was looking for. He selected this Rigards frame that... wow, just wow. The frames looked as though they were made for her. He even went so far as to collaborate with other team members, gathering feedback and ensuring every angle was considered. My mom hates being bored and hates being disappointed, and she was neither. In fact, she has been raving to all her friends back home about how extraordinary her experience was. If we ever have any needs related to eyewear, we'll gladly make the drive from Philly back to Luxe. A huge thank you to Ryon and the team. You are raising the bar (and eventually the world) of eyewear, one face at a time.

I'm amazed! My entire experience at Luxe Optique was incredible...from the eye exam, to the consultation with Robert (who is so patient, knowledgeable, and spot-on intuitive!), to the amazing staff that is so helpful and friendly. The selection of frames and lens option is impressive. They helped me look great in my new eyewear, and...most importantly...I can see so clearly now! I'll never go anywhere else for eye care!

Today was my first time at Luxe Optique in Beacon, and I had an absolutely wonderful experience. Amanda helped me right away, she was kind, attentive and was very thorough when going over the documentation I needed to fill out for my eye exam. Doctor Khan was incredible, she made me feel at ease, answered all of my questions and was so lovely. Robert was FABULOUS. He helped me pick out a beautiful pair of glasses, he was so knowledgeable, helpful, and sincere. I could not recommend Luxe Optique enough, the entire staff was amazing. Not only that, It is very clean, and there was a wide range of glasses to choose from. I'm so happy that I went there!

Before walking in, I felt a bit intimidated by the super hip vibe of this shop. But every single person I interacted with -- Robert, Kenneth, Heather, Jay, Amanda, Kaylina, Angel, Dr. Nathanson -- was a joy to talk with. What's more, I'm very happy not only with my new frames, but also my prescription and the quality of the lenses. I see great and look like the best version of myself.

My wife and I were personally assisted by Heather. We came in and she took us right away and found a great new pair of glasses for my wife and put me on to future purchases. The care felt personal and professional, I'll definitely be back within the month for my next buy!
