My appointment was at 9am.
I arrived at 8:50 and found the door was locked even though employees were inside. I had to wait in a hallway which was infested with many spider and spiderweb; not good. I was let in at 9am, very frustrated. After a short time at the office desk I was so upset over the experience I walk out. Not a good experience .
