I got my first prescription glasses here 2 years ago after my first eye doctor app as an adult which went very well. Unfortunately an arm of my glasses broke off today and I wasn't sure if they could help me but I called anyway. They said I could come in so they could look at them so I did and they were able to fix my glasses for me within like 10 minutes! For free! They have a pretty big variety of glasses and even though the frames I chose weren't covered by my insurance, they let me split the payment into 2 payments to help me pay for them when I got them 2 years ago. I love my glasses and I'm so glad they were able to repair them for me!

Not enough staff, unfortunately. I have had 4 appointments canceled last-minute over the last couple of years. Rebooking is out over 7 months. A great office if you can actually get in, but not enough staff. Not ideal for good eye health.

It's sad that I have gone here ever since I was 5 years old-and I'm beyond happy to say I will NEVER go back to CANAL TOWN OPTICAL again! Absolutely terrible service as they can cancel your appointment at any time without contacting you -They double & triple book appointments so you can end up being there for hours. There was many elderly patients who have been going there for decades that have finally decided its not worth their time or money. Visionworks accepts the same insurance and it's so much more accommodating

Canaltown Vision has always been the best provider. I refuse to spend my hard earned dollars to go to the "Big Boys" like Walmart, Visionworks, etc. Canaltown Optical is where I will always prefer to do business. You should too.

I absolutely love this place and take my whole family here. You don't have to wait weeks to get your glasses only a couple days and the doctor explains everything before each test. Very friendly atmosphere.

The friendly and helpful staff made scheduling and the paperwork for an appointment a breeze. The true gift at this location is Dr. Puente. I cannot recommend him more highly. I have been a patient of his for 15 years.

Excellent service and very thorough exams. Took my son there for his visit and could not believe what the prior large chain companie we use to go to missed or did not even check for. They remember who we are when we call or walk in the door. We just love and recommend them all the time.

They great there. Once when I moved down south I lost a contact and didn't know what the prescription was or anything I called them they order it and had it shipped to where I was living. There staff is very friendly and caring so stop in.
