Advanced Specialty Care - Ophthalmology

I really do not know what other patients are not happy about this practice. The check in was a breeze, wait time quick, intake person in exam room awesome, Doctor was great. Scheduling my next appointment to do a biopsy very easy and everyone personable and professional.

I had a great experience with Dr Chou and all of the staff. I didn't wait at all. Everyone who helped me was kind, knowledgeable and efficient. Dr Chou in particular really took the time to answer all of my questions and have an informative discussion at my appointment and I really appreciate it!

I made an appointment to see Dr Philip Skidd 3 weeks ago. My appointment was confirmed 3 times since the scheduled time. The day of my appointment which was supposed to be at 230 , I received a call from the front desk telling me that the doctor would not see me unless he had my referral. I explained to the receptionist that I had all my paperwork and was bringing it in at time of the appointment. The doctor said that was not good for enough and they canceled my appointment. I was so mad because I took off a day from work to go there. I asked the receptionist why did she wait until last minute to ask me for this information. I would've been able to fax it over when I was working. I will never ever go this unprofessional and very rude office. Good luck if you go there.

saw Dr Chou and received a new prescription for glasses. Apparently he wrote a + instead of a - i've been trying to get a hold of someone for the last weeks to correct the script, but nobody calls back.... NOT recommending this office (or Dr Chou)

This place used to be decent not anymore more!! Waiting 2 hours for a routine followup is not ok!!! After wanting to express my agitation with the office manager Karen got me no where, she was so rude and clearly, this was an inconvenience to her. She pretty much told me if I was not happy with my 2 hour wait time I should go else where!!! Which I will! Thank you Karen! In her words " there are no shortages of ophthalmologists" . I have been bringing my elderly parents here for years and this place has gone down, so unless you have hours of free time for mediocre service look else where!!!! All the good and credible doctors have left this place any way! They are left with only new doctors that cannot afford to leave them any way!!

I've been there every 2 weeks for the past year and a half. I love Dr Pahk she is so great. Great personality, great care. I couldn't be happier with her. The support staff is equally great and professional.

Unfortunately I'm not allowed to give a no star review. One star review will have to do! I went to office for a routine Pediatric Dr referral to have my daughter eyes examined. I waited over an hour. My daughter had her eyes dilated after she cried and resisted. After all of this routine protocol, I was told there was no Eye doctor to do the exam. I hope I'm the last parent and child to go this unorganized medical office unnecessary dilation of a child eyes to be told after there's no Doctor to examine your child. This medical office once they get organized will need to make sure there's a Doctor to examine the eyes before dilation of the eyes.

Very highly ill mannered front desk staff,they dont know word coordination does exist, no common sense,i m pretty sure wont come here again and wont recommende this office to anyone .
