The optometrist was beyond disrespectful. He continually told me that I was messing around and making things up. He would turn the lights on and off but then would get upset when the lights were off because I couldn't see anymore even though I mentioned twice I had an astigmatism. Which he told me was incorrect. After further examination he had found a severe astigmatism in my right eye...just as I stated multiple times. After I asked him about strengthening my glasses because my glasses and contacts need different prescriptions, otherwise I can't see out of glasses. Again, he said I had no idea what I was talking about. I've always had a stronger prescription for glasses than contacts, it's actually quite common. I've been wearing glasses for 20 years, I know MY vision very well and have never had someone tell me I don't know what I'M seeing. He completely disregarded every concern I had and got a lot of joy from talking down to me. I paid $90 for an eye exam for absolutely no reason getting no actual help for why I was there. I have no idea how this man even got his license. If I disrespected my patients the way he did me, I would be fired. Everyone else was great and trying to be helpful but overall staff checking me in and out isn't why I'm there. Also, staff said he was in a bad mood, that doesn't give him the right to disrespect me. I'll be spending my money elsewhere with an optometrist who doesn't need me to explain to them how eyes work because this guy doesn't even know how an astigmatism works.

Michael is the best!! He even tightened my current glasses and got the hairspray stains out of them lol. Hes such a great vibe and super helpful! The GM (diddnt catch her name) is super great as well! They're so funny and so helpful and kind! This is why I go here every year, love this place :)

Bruh, Doctor Fidelis is the best eye doctor I've ever been to. He's a great guy and loves what he does. The waits for pickup are long, the place is ehh , and the only reason I go back is because Dr Fidelis has so much charisma. That man needs a raise!

Shopped at America's Best Eyewear. They keep casually chatting with you and you don't realize that they are actually just working to increase your purchase price by not knowing the color codes on their glasses. When I returned the next day their attitude was too bad for you. They offer a veterans discount but because I was purchasing the glasses for my grandson my name wasn't on the bill but they had no problem with my name on the payment. I do not recommend anyone to go to the Dewitt location and I'll never take anyone there or myself. Update: The management did contact me and gave me the veterans discount. But never addressed the employee problems, hopefully they did that at least privately.

Fun and friendly staff!! Cece and Elyse were so helpful and friendly when choosing a new pair of glasses, as well as when we came to pick them up. Great experience and great prices. I left with a smile.

Friendly and very helpful people! They treated me like a friend and made sure I understood what I was getting, the costs what my insurance would cover and what I'd be responsible for.

After many years, I decided to walk in to check out the selection of eyeglasses. I was nearby in the same studio and had no expectations- years ago I had walked in and couldn't get anyone to assist me so I left and took my business elsewhere. My recent experience was the opposite of that. Mike greeted me almost right away even though I thought had seen him helping a someone else. I was surprised and after confirming that he was speaking to me, I engaged in conversation. Mike answered my questions and went above and beyond to assist me. I plan to return. My only concern is that there is only 1 Mike. I think they Need more Mikes.
