This was my first time needing glasses, and I really appreciated how thorough the process was. They did not assume I simply needed a prescription. They focused first on making sure my eyes were healthy and that nothing was being missed or misdiagnosed. There was a lot of careful testing, and everything was clearly explained along the way.
Dr. Mann was excellent. She was patient, thoughtful, and very thorough. The entire experience felt unhurried and professional. A complete class act from start to finish. Highly recommend.
I had an excellent experience at this eyeglass store! From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel completely comfortable. Faye, was so welcoming and helpful, and the receptionist Jody, greeted me warmly and got me scheduled on very short notice. Dr. Mann was fantastic -- thorough, professional, and really made sure I understood everything and answered all my questions and concerns thoroughly.
What I appreciated most was that they made the whole process easy and stress-free. I never felt rushed or pushed to make a purchase. I left feeling confident in my choices and very well taken care of. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for eyeglasses -- they truly go above and beyond!
I made eye exam appointments for myself and my 8 year old son, the whole experience was excellent. The staff was very friendly and the optometrist was wonderful. My son was apprehensive as it was his first comprehensive eye exam, and the optometrist was very patient and gentle with him.
These people were amazing!! Can't believe they been here right under my nose by my beloved mama Theresa's. Excellent service and care to specific needs.
Doc and Fred are fantastic!!!! She is always professional and so friendly, and warm. Fred is on point and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to his part!!!!
Definitely recommend OPTYX in Garden City Park. The customer service that Faye and Fred bring to the store is Extraordinary. They are beyond knowledgeable and accommodating.
All very professional, great advanced equipment at this facility. Dr. Mann is always terrific. I have been coming here for years! The remodel also adds to the entire experience to this shop.
Dr Mann is awesome. Been using her as my Dr. for 25 years. Office staff is also great. Fred is the best.
