My mom brought my 7 year old here on 12/18/25 for an appointment at 11:20. They got there early and checked in. They sat in the waiting room for over an hour and were never brought back for my daughter to be seen. Everyone else who walked in after them was brought back though. They have nothing in the waiting room for kids, so my daughter was up and running(quietly) and kept going up to the candy dish, but not taking any. They decided to take the candy dish away and put it behind the counter. After sitting there for over an hour my mom decided to leave with her as my daughter was missing school for this appointment. I called the office and asked to speak to who was in charge to find out what happened and was told that they would call me back, this was on 12/18. It is now 12/22 and I still have not received a call back from the manager. My whole family(5+ people) go here and have been since they opened and we will all be finding a new eye doctor office.

He took the time to explain my complicated eye issue after the exam in a manner that could easily be understood. New patient - called Oct 2024, first available appt was 1/13/25. Received call 1/10/25 need to reschedule due to doc not obtaining certification yet - rescheduled 2/24/25 @ 9am - 2/23/25 received confirmation text telling me to bring driver due to dilation. Show up at 8:50am today - get checked in, only to be told my appointment was cancelled AGAIN and they left me a message. NOPE!!! No message that I received, or I would not have shown up and IF it was cancelled why did I receive the confirmation text??? I ask to see ANY doctor - next available is July 2025 - NO THANKS!!!! DO NOT GO HERE - terrible communication/customer service - thank god it was simply routine and not emergency appointment - SO FRUSTRATING!!!

We have had major issues with them. We have shown up to appts and was told that that there is no doctor available and we would have to reschedule. We did not receive a Courtesy phone call to tell us. I called up to complain bc this is the second time this happened and the receptionist didn't let me talk. She kept interrupting me and telling me they don't have to call to inform us the appt has been canceled. She was very rude and she hung up on me. I will never go there again.
