This was my best optician experience since moving to Buffalo 15 years ago. I went for my annual + new frames/lenses. The staff was excellent, knowledgeable, and friendly. Good selection of glasses and lens options; my glasses were ready in a week. The new glasses fit great with their adjustments, they also adjusted my old pair and cleaned them up so they're like new.

A big shout out to Ron & Katie in the Lancaster location. I'm snowbirding in NC and my frames broke on me. They were under warranty so I shipped them to the Lancaster office on a Saturday. They arrived on a Monday. Ron & Katie immediately changed out the broken frames for the new ones, inserted the lenses and Ron immediately walked them over to the post office for priority delivery. Glasses arrived on Wednesday and couldn't be happier. Outstanding customer service by Ron & Katie and the entire Thomas Turtle team!
