Dr. Pascucci is very thorough and personable. You can tell he cares. I can never seem to pick the right glasses on my own, and the woman who helped me found frames which suit my face shape and personality perfectly. It took a lot of patience weeding through a lot of options, and I just love my new look.

My son got something in his eye.. They were able to squeeze him in for a appointment. I was very appreciative of this.

I would give a 0 star review if I could. My husband had an eye exam that cost so much I nearly hit the floor when he told me how much it was. THEN we moved out of state and he tried to get a copy of his prescription to order contacts and they told us he would have to come in the office in order to activate his prescription... I'm sorry.... what did we pay HUNDREDS of dollars for if he can't even order glasses or contacts?? Absolutely horrible. The Little Falls branch just sends their phone to voicemail every time we call. And the Utica office acted like we were just inconveniencing them by calling to see if they could activate the prescription. Worst experience with an eye doctor I've ever had and I've been wearing glasses/contacts for over 25 years. Please don't go here.
