Dr Dinan is phenomenal. She saw my daughter within one hour of calling for an urgent issue. Once we were there she was patient and kind. Very informative as well. Overall a great experience with a wonderful provider.

The staff people were fine and the optometrist and her nurse seemed to be very competent and knowledgeable, but neither had the kind of warm and friendly manner that I prefer in my health care providers. That would've been enough for me to seek a different provider but what really sealed the deal against this office was when they did a refraction without telling me beforehand that I would incur an out-of-pocket charge and without telling me why they wanted it so I could decide whether I wanted to incur that charge.
The bottom line? Not the best choice for eye care IMO.

I have been going to this office for over 20 years. Today, the atmosphere continued to be absolutely professional, but there was a lighter side to it. Smiles, slight joking, laughter, yet maintaining their professional demeanor and care....always! It was certainly a refreshing experience, especially after being locked down for 2.5 months, and people just being scared and afraid...making them prickly. Thank you for a wonderful eye care experience today! Keep up the great work!
