I have been coming to this practice for nearly a decade. My insurance has changed numerous times. They've always accommodated and have accepted every insurance I've had while always offering affordable eye care. They have a wide selection of frames you actually want to wear while offering many different styles. Everyone who works here is kind. Scheduling is easy, the exams are low stress and even picking out your glasses give a wonderful vibe and experience. There's always patience as I test out 100 pairs. They make sure you know every option you have for additions. I'd recommend them a thousand times.

This place is a scam.... Warning stay away from them. They told my wife that the insurance would cover her lenses and the charged her for them. Very rude and unprofessional. The lenses that they made for her were completely wrong and she was having issues seeing from them. When she called explaining that they were telling her she's a liar very disrespectful. She never used her glasses. If I could give them a minus one star I would. If you value your eyes don't go to these people

The doctors are super excellent but the secretary she's very nasty with her attitude ( Spanish lady)

This is so conveniently located I wish I had better things to say but after several years of going to them my experiences range from mediocre at best to ridiculously frustrating and wreaking of incompetence at worst. Too many details to list but let's start with the receptionists. It's like they were trained in the school of 'I don't care about customers' and 'why do I have to bother answering questions pertaining to eyes'. They are consistently indifferent on a good day, and rude and dismissive on others. I am talking about issues ranging from insurance questions to contact lenses arrivals. The doctors are ok, barely. Dr. Cohen is friendly enough but the minute you ask him about anything mildly complicated he turns to monotone and overly simple replies right out of the textbook; he makes it clear he doesn't like to be questioned. Let me be clear: while my tone here is a bit "Karen", but demeanor in the shop is friendly, cordial and inquisitive.

I wanna start by saying if I could leave less stars I would this place is a disgrace they scam you. I got glasses from this place, and my vision was blurry and I was getting headaches. And they still charge me for them. They tried to blame me for it. Stay away from this place if you value your eyes............ The front desk are miserable they just want your money. KARMA is a b
