I broke one of my nose pads while eating lunch at the diner down the road. I stopped in and asked if it was repairable. The girl working said "if I have the part" because it was a Ray Ban frame.
I told her before she started that I did not have cash only a credit card and she said "it's okay. I won't charge you for this"
She then spent 10-15 minutes doing the repair and gave them back to me good as new.
So appreciative. Love the small town thoughtfulness of this visit. We need more shopping experiences like this. Putting relationships and people before money.

Staff was polite enough. I gave it one star because when I went to pick up my glasses the lady wiped the glasses with a dry paper towel before giving them to me. I did not appreciate this as paper towels can scratch your lens, I did receive an eye glass case it did not contain a microfiber lens cleaner. Misuse of paper towel and no microfiber lens cleaner- very cheesy. I will NOT go back to this place for future glasses. It was a simple basic exam- They are not equipped to give thorough exams, Part of the exam was done in a corner of the waiting room with their machine on an old school desk. I don't like to write negative reviews, but I take my health, eyesight, etc seriously and expect and expect so called professionals to do the same.

Cindy & husband ran the Vision Center operations. They were genuine while giving me guidance & options. Nastiest staff you'll ever meet. They don't explain bills, charge you for things without telling you then make things difficult after the fact. The owners should have never let the ORIGINAL staff go because all the new staff are disgusting towards customers. I've gone to this location since I was a kid but I'm tired of dealing with the disrespect. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Also all the frames are ridiculously overpriced you can buy the same frames through the designers for hundreds of dollars cheaper.

Go anywhere else. I went here because it's close by and they accept my insurance but it was not worth it. I never felt like my prescription from this place was right, but the doctor was very dismissive of my concerns and defensively told me that he "barely changed the original prescription." I finally got a second opinion and my new optometrist informed me that the prescription given from Moriches Vision was 25% stronger than necessary. They don't listen to their patients and don't take their concerns seriously. Even when I got contacts there and expressed concern about my eyes being dry, the doctor told me that other patients have drier eyes and "aren't complaining." Save your time and money and find somewhere else.

I was in a bit of a pinch, going out of town, and the nose pad on my glasses fell off. It was extremely uncomfortable. I called and asked if they could help me out even if I did not get the glasses there. The gentlemen said come down and it wouldn't be a problem. The nose pad was unique and hard to find, but he didn't stop trying to find one for me and found a solution. Thank you for your help!

Bought a pair of glasses year and a half cost me 900 the arm broke took them in the warranty is up so I have to pay 180.00 for new frame it can't be fixed. Either pay or throw 900 down the drain ..never again never going back there ripoff
