Only two people that were polite and actually seemed like they liked their jobs was the gentleman I seen before the doctor and the misses that helped with getting the new glasses. They have no consideration for patients time, in my opinion it should not take almost 2 hours to get an eye exam, I waited longer TO be seen than when I WAS seen, both while getting the exam and picking out glasses! Most people are working or going to school, if you can't manage your time better don't book so many appointments so close together, I'm hoping my next experience will be better. Not impressed.

This has to be the best eye doctor's office in Oswego County. And that I have ever had! I am so grateful I have to write a review to tell people how wonderful this office is. I used to go to Visionworks in Fulton, but my eye doctor retired. I wanted to see an in person doctor too, since the corporate world seems to be switching more to telehealth. I also want to note I do not have eye insurance, but my basic blue cross did cover my eye exam. My doctor gave me a referral to come here. This is a super clean office. A previous office I went to was just not for me. I am so thankful Dr. Baker's office helped fix everything. I was having trouble with my prescription. Dr. Baker fixed everything. I got to say Dr. Baker has given me either the best or one of the best prescriptions I have ever gotten. He is spot on. Very thorough and kind. He takes his time with his patients, and so does the whole staff. Everyone is very kind and considerate. It only took my glasses 2 weeks to come in. I had not trouble at all. I would have been happy to wait longer if necessary. This office is worth it. The optician, she is very kind. Such a sweet lady and very patient with me. Very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. When I do get to try contacts, there's even a class to train you. If you're looking for a good day to come in to fit glasses, when it's not too busy, I'd say Mondays or Wednesdays. I'd say this office is easy to get a hold of. I was sent reminders for my appointment, and calls for when my glasses were in. I'd not recommend leaving a message. I had the best luck calling during hours and speaking with someone. When I arrived for my appointment I didn't have a wait time, I got in quickly. The whole staff are very kind, and thorough with checking my vision. Everyone is so kind I can't say it enough. I was able to get in sooner due to a cancellation, otherwise they are booking out months. I am not surprised. There just are not enough doctors. Everyone was very helpful trying to schedule me. Any office I go to, or even the law office I work at, doctors are swamped. PLEASE BE PATIENT with your doctors. Can you imagine one person having hundreds or 1000 people depending on you? I personally did not have any wait time or any trouble, however if you do and it slightly inconveniences you then I ask you to please be kind. Your doctors are swamped and doing their best so that you can get to work or wherever on time. Very nice, big selection of glasses. There's so many cute styles how do you choose! I know that if I ever need to come in for adjustments this office is very happy to help me. Dr. Baker is wonderful to work with. I am so thankful for everyone! I highly recommend this office!

Dr. Baker and Dr. Dingman have treated my family members and myself, and I recommend them highly! I am grateful for their kindness and professional service. We are fortunate to have them in our community. Highly recommended!

Wonderful experience. Doctor Kayla Dingman was amazing with my 5 year old. Every worker we encounter was so pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately another untrustworthy business. If you have a choice go somewhere else. If you have to go here then make sure you tell them up front that you want to be asked before doing anything they would like "to check" that cost extra or you're going to pay hundreds more. Even then I honestly don't think they will tell you. Just be careful

Everything from the look of the office to the staff was immaculate. I had An appointment for myself and my 8 year old. They explained every part of the visit and made us feel welcome. Dr Baker went above and beyond to explain everything to us in a kind but informational manner. It did not feel like a typical office visit but more like visiting a highly trained family member!! Would recommend over and over again!

They gave me to completely wrong contact prescription. Wrong brand and failing to recognize my astigmatism. I do not recommend unless you want to waste a tremendous amount of time and money. They didn't even want to admit they mess up when I went back for the correct prescription. Also which I found extremely annoying, was the doctor argued with me about my prescription saying my old one was too strong, which it wasn't. He proceeded to bump my prescription down resulting in me not being able to see a clean view. Never going back here they only care about their stupid lunch break.

Great experience at Northern Optics. Dr. Baker and his team are professional, patient & kind. Dr Baker is knowledgeable and caring, staff are so very helpful and patient... especially in helping me select frames!!! I am a repeat patient and will continue to come back!!
