Williams Family Eye Care

I've had the most bizarre and frustrating experience of my life trying to book an appointment as a new patient with this practice. I have to tell you that my multiple voice mails and emails have gone unanswered regarding scheduling a simple eye exam. I am a 67-year-old man who hales from Boston with extensive experience interacting with medical professionals. This is new territory for me, being treated this way as a potential new patient. Hard to believe that a practice that is so rude and unprofessional survives in the competitive healthcare market. My overall experience has been like something from an episode of the old Twilight Zone TV series.

The staff here are so friendly and welcoming. Dr. Williams is also great! He is thorough, genuine and truly cares about his patients well being. Over-all, I had a very positive experience. I highly recommend them!
