Take all three of my kids here. Had a snafu with scheduling through zocdoc and my appointment was not in their schedule. I visited this place for the first time based on my husband's recommendation and had high expectations. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing due to an employee named Karen. She was rude, bossy, and unprofessional from the moment we arrived. After the appointment, she repeatedly tried to convince me not to purchase glasses, contradicting what the doctor had advised. This made me very uncomfortable, as it was inappropriate and unnecessary. Sadly, this behavior negatively affected my overall experience.

Great optometrist and staff!! Carmen was super nice even though I missed my appointment on accident she cares about the patients/ her job it shows. She showed me how to put my contacts in and during the holidays I received a hand written card from them. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

The employee Karen was immensely disrespectful over the phone. Her behavior was extremely unprofessional , dismissive and rude. I don't understand how someone like that is allowed to work for a Dr. We will definitely not make an appointment here nor recommend this place to anyone. Unbelievable

Wow! that was the quickest most efficient eye exam I've ever had. I think I was done within 20 minutes or so, which is a great thing because I had to leave work to make my appointment. The staff was so friendly and sweet as soon as I walked through the door. I know they did some renovations here and it looks amazing, green is the best color in my opinion lol the doctor was so nice and I don't have one complaint!! They give you free contact cases, they placed my order for my contacts and sent me my prescriptions. Love it here.

AVOID!! Front desk and employees are very nice. Doctor is extremely dismissive and makes public comments about patients. I have strabismus in one of my eyes and the doctor made extremely rude comments about how much it stood out. In addition, I was dismissed with any of my concerns with having limited sight. DO NOT GO HERE.
I've had numerous optometrists over the years and never one as rude as this location
