The doctor was wonderful, but the staff (with the exception of one man who checks patients out at the end) are miserable and rude. If you can go to the providers at one of the other locations, I would recommend that, but the Warsaw office staff are miserable and unfriendly.

I had my first visit with Dr. White on 5/14/25. I found him to be a very caring, professional doctor. I encountered some problems that were unexpected and he competently explained every aspect of what was happening in a calm, reassuring way. I was very impressed with his professionalism and demeanor.

She suggested I see an ophthalmologist that specialized in Thyroid Eye Disease and subsequently sent a referral for an urgent visit. Johnna, her excellent surgical scheduler set up an appointment with a specialist. I could not be happier with Dr. Watkins and their exceptional staff!
