Love Cornerstone. Never feel rushed and valued. Val, the optician, was wonderful and helped me make smart decisions about glasses. Dr. Clarke is amazing! She takes the time you need to get a great prescription. She is an awesome eye doctor!

Won't even give my dad the doctor license number so he can renew his driver license. Told my 79 year old dad to go wait 3 hours in line at the dmv instead of mail or do it online. Find a better place that does better. Giving you a warning.

I visited the surgery center for my cataract surgery. Each time I was there, I was treated with kindness and respect. I was a bit anxious and each person I dealt with made me calmer. The surgeries were successfully and professionally done by Dr. Hanuch and I would recommend him and his team to everyone.

Very professional. By far the cleanest establishment as well. I had multiple visits to different lasik centers but Cornerstone won me over with their cleanliness, charisma, kindness and ability to communicate efficiently. I now wake up everyday without the need to put my glasses on to see just to walk through my house. I wish I had done this sooner but thankfully Melissa communicated with me and made me know how affordable it really was. I'm obsessed with my new life style glasses and contact free. I will be telling everyone I know about lasik and the possibilities that this amazing team has to offer. Thank you I couldn't be happier and it has changed my life!

This appt was 4/29 7:45am for my husband. Initially a tech came in to collect data. She never addressed us or told us her name. It felt as though she just wanted to hurry and get out of there. Her attitude was curt and aloof. She asked us a question and never gave us the opportunity to respond. When I finally interjected and said, "Don't you want to know what the doctor in Fla. Said?" She responded, "That's why I asked you". I said, "I'm sorry but you never gave us the opportunity to respond.." We went ahead and told her what action we took over the last 3mos relating to ophthalmology visits. She left the room said doctor would be in. In about 10 minutes later Dr. Hanuch and Angel came into room. Dr was great did not rush us, heard us out and explained purpose of every intervention. We appreciated this very much. Angel documented the interventions for us. I had asked his name when we left and I said, thank you. It would have been nice if when they entered he was introduced. We also thanked the doctor. When we checked out, 3 ladies were not attending patients, I said who wants us and a young lady said, I'll take you. She was pleasant and provided us with a print out of instructions. We purchased the eye cleaning wipes but had to go to Titus Ave to get the moist heat masks. Another front desk person chimed in said we could get them at Walmart or Walgreens. When asked she noted she was not sure if Wegmans have them. She acted like it was no big deal instead of responding cordially that they would be sure to order them and that she was sorry for the inconvenience. Our check out lady called Titus. They had them. Instead of going on a wild goose chase we chose to go to Titus. For patient convenience I suggest a process be put in place to re-order when there are X amount of each product left as an effort not to run out. I am not trying to be a difficult or overly critical I just think that all staff may benefit from a customer service refresher. As a former Director in a customer service arena in a 465 bed hospital I felt I would want to know. Thank you for providing me this opportunity.

Everything went so smoothly , everyone I saw there from consultation day to the day of my lasik surgery was so amazing and seemed like they actually care about me. They all made me feel so comfortable the whole process. I highly recommend Cornerstone!!! Thank you to Melissa , the other man that did my tests for the consult , the girls helping inside the surgery room , and Dr. Haunch!!!! And anyone else that helped me out to make me feel so comfortable here and did a beautiful job with my lasik. :)

I had cataracts removed in both eyes scheduled several weeks apart. The doctors, medical staff and clerical staff were all wonderful. They explained things, answered questions and were extremely knowledgeable and competent as well as kind and pleasant. It felt like everyone enjoyed working there and wanted their patients' to have a good experience and the best possible outcome.

I had PRK surgery last week and everything from the consultation to the after was wonderful! Everyone was so thorough before the surgery, during and after. I knew what to expect and they helped put my mind at ease. I especially appreciated Dr. Hanuch coming in over the thanksgiving holiday to do the surgery and post op visits!
