First time trying this optician and found them to be very helpful and easy to work with. My glasses are a heavy prescription but Michael had them ready in 3 business days; and, they are one of the very best pairs of eyeglasses I've had - the fit is perfect and there is no distortion at the peripheries as I have sometimes found with my prescriptions. I tried them based on reviews from other customers and I'm happy to be another customer who can recommend their products and service.

Just left Warren Eye Care and I have my new eyeglasses a full 4 DAYS before I was promised that they would be ready. Wonderful customer service! I appreciated their honest opinions on the myriad of frames I tried. And I didn't feel "sold" in any way, not up sold for the frames, and not up sold on extra features after the initial explanation they offered, because I asked. Michael even adjusted the fit of my current glasses as a courtesy! I would absolutely recommend this place and I am happy to support a local business.

Have never written a review good or bad in my life but for these people I will definitely make an exception. Service was cool until the owner/manager of the shop charged me more to take 10 seconds to re-adjust my glasses ($50) than a literal eye exam... ($39). The man himself didn't assume the brand of my glasses would "reimburse" me for the readjustment he ASSURED me they would. It felt wrong in the moment but I didn't want to sit there and argue with the man so I took his word for it. Turns out like I thought the brand of my glasses does NOT in fact reimburse me for any readjustments made. If I could give negative 5 stars for that slimy behavior I would. Not even about the money just the principle.
